Our winery is located in the Marín Strait, this area is the warmest and dryest of the Protected Denomination of Origin of Jumilla. It is a valley surrounded by the Rajica mountains to the east and Solana Sopalmo to the west, where we work to obtain balanced and fresh wine, fleeing from the eternal concept of over-ripeness.
The plots of the east, are more somber and bring freshness, minerality and elegance.
The plots of the west, with greater hours of sunshine, bring the maturity and warmth of the Monastrell variety.
These goblet-pruned vines, which are planted using traditional distances of 2.8 x 2.8m
The soil is characterized by being stony and permeable, which allows to maintain the little existing moisture. Most are deep soils where the roots sink and can survive in extreme situations of drought.
