Wine of the vineyard collection of Monastrell.
This plot boasts two distinct types of soil: white, chalky soils, poor in organic material, and fresher soils that boast more abundant clay.
| Type: | Oak aged red |
| Bottle: | 750 ml |
| Vintage: | 2025 |
| ABV: | 15% by vol. |
| Variedad: | 100% Monastrell |
| DOP: | Jumilla |
| Producer: | Bodegas Viña Elena |
This plot located in north of the Protected Denomination of Origin of Jumilla, is called "Vereda" because on one side of the vineyard was an old path where the transhumance of the bulls was carried out. Between one vineyard and another there is a large space, which naturally is now obsolete.
The singularity of this plot is that it has, quite obviously, two types of soil, a kind of hillside with a white, calcareous and poor sand that contributes salinity to the wine and at the end of the slope a few clay deposits and much cooler.
This wine has good masked acidity with a lot of salinity and nuances of fruit very nice, which can be seen in the mouth.
